Mr. Ebere Kenneth the Chief Compliance Officer at PFI Capital Ltd. He has a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Finance and banking from University of Lagos. He has over 13 years’ experience in financial services industry. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Member Chartered Institute of bankers (ACIB), Associate Member Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and also an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Kenneth has attended courses in Anti-Money laundering, Cyber security and Compliance.

Mr. Lukman Fasasi is the Group Chief Operating Officer. He has over 9 years’ experience in Financial Services across two continents. Lukman started his career in Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) in the United Kingdom, before later moving back to Nigeria where he has worked with companies such as One Finance and Investment limited, Zedvance Limited and Seedstars. Lukman has been Successful in retail banking, consumer lending, risk management, data analytics, business intelligence, and product development; with vast set of skills. Lukman holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Leicester and a Master’s degree in International Financial Management from the University of Surrey.

Mr. Ezeogu Nnadozie is the Company Secretary at PFI Capital Limited. He holds a Bachelors of Law (LL.B) from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. Nnadozie has spent over 14 years in the legal profession working a counsel in different law firms. He is a Partner at Lionhall Attorneys and previously worked with Dr. J.S Okpaluba & Co.

Mr. Pius Nwadu the Head of Wealth Management at PFI Capital Ltd. He has a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Business Administration from University of Ado-Ekiti. He has over 10 years’ experience in financial services industry. Prior to joining PFI Capital he was a Business Development Manager at Cardinal Stone Partners Limited. He has attended trainings and workshops in leadership, Sales and the Capital Market.

Ayobami Isiaka is Head of Finance at PFI Capital Ltd. He has a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos. He also has an MSc in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Lagos. He has over 8 years’ experience in accounting positions in various companies. He is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
